SunExpress Airlines Online Check In

SunExpress online check in is available for both domestic and international flights.

International flights departing from Turkey: Passengers, who want to utilize the SunExpress online check-in, should do it between 24 hours to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

Domestic flights: Passengers need to check in before 45 minute prior to the flight’s departure.

International flights departing from all other airports: Passengers, who want to utilize the SunExpress online check-in, should do it between 24 hours to 5 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

SunExpress Airport Check In

Passengers with confirmed SunExpress booking should arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the respective flight departures.

International Flights: Passengers are requested to arrive at the gates at least before 45 minutes of departure with a valid boarding card for international flight booking.

Domestic Flights: Passengers are requested to arrive at the gates at least before 30 minutes of departure with a valid boarding card for domestic flight booking.

Passengers can check SunExpress flight status updates by entering the arrival and departure destinations and the flight date.

SunExpress Airlines Baggage Allowance

SunExpress Airlines baggage allowance differs from class and also as per the flight booking (domestic or international)

International flights & connecting flights: Up to 20 to 40 Kg depending on the tariff booked

Flights within Turkey: Up to 15 Kg to 25 Kg depending on the tariff booked

Carry-on luggage: 1 bag (6 Kg) and should not exceed dimensions 55 x 40 x 20 cm.

SunExpress Airlines Food & Drinks

Passengers can avail the on board meals and snacks for both domestic and international SunExpress flights. There is a wide range of cold and hot drinks, beverages, confectionery, and other snacks.

The airline also serves special dietary snacks in case of allergies or if the passenger opting for flight special snacks at cost of € 5 through Call Center. Passengers can pre book SunCafé Menu at least 72 hours prior to your flight’s departure or at the time of ticket booking.
