Ethiopian Airlines, formerly known as Ethiopian Air Lines (EAL) operates from its main hub at Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa and flies to 52 destinations in Africa. It connects Africa to Middle East, Washington, Los Angeles, Toronto, Sao Paulo, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Manila, Tokyo, London, Frankfurt, Dubai, Kuwait, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Lagos. The airline has a massive fleet of 76 Boeing and Airbus aircrafts. Ethiopian Airlines Baggage Allowance

Ethiopian Airlines baggage allowance is excellent for both the classes. The maximum weight limit per single baggage is 32 kg for Cloud Nine class and 23 kg for economy class on all Ethiopian flights.

Cabin baggage allowance for Cloud Nine class is two pieces each weighing not more than 7 kgs while for economy class is one piece with a maximum weight of 7kgs.

For both the classes, the cabin baggage should be suitable for placement in the over-head rack or under the passenger’s seat.

Light snacks to full course meals are served on all Ethiopian Airlines flights along with a wide selection of fine wines and alcoholic beverages. Fresh and varied meals are provided for both the travel classes, prepared by proficient and experienced chefs.

There is a special Ethiopian children meal which is created especially for the young passengers to make them happy and engaged.

Ethiopian Airlines also has special food service but the request for same should be done during flight reservation or before 48 hours of the scheduled flight departure time.
